Subject: Pusher Fan IP: Logged
Message: I've got a '99 CC 4X4 with a 5.2L; I've been wanting an auxiliary fan for a long time so that when I stop at a light my engine doesn't warm up so much. I am looking at the Flex-A-Lite Trimline series, which are 3.25" thick. When I measure from the back of the front bumper to the radiator, I only have just under 2.5" of clearance. What have y'all come up with as a solution? Thanks!

Message: you could probably get a stock one from an '00 & up and install it in the shroud behind the rad. not a pusher but it's what the factory did and it seems to work rather well.
