Message: The 4.7 is a coil on plug design; no wires !
I'd suspect a dirty idle air control on the throttle body.

Message: Like Kowalski said, try cleaning the AIT sensor, and the throttle body. I had a little stalling problem a while back. When coming to a stop or turning slow the motor would konk out on me. The rpm's would also fluctate from 300 to 800 at a stop or while coasting at slow speeds.

Message: Low tranny fluid will cause a stall when coming to a stop 'cause the torque converter will stay in lock up.
