dont flame me too bad...what exactally are HO CAMS, what do they do performance wise, where can I get them and how much are they? I see almost everyone has them, so I can only assume they are worth getting.

In a nutshell.
HO cams have a different timing profile than the stock camshafts in our engines. Jeep, now Dodge, offer a bit more agressive cam timing with the HO cams that give a noticable and usable bump in power. I'm not sure of the actual numbers, but for a little money you get a big bang. They are still within emissions limits so they shouldn't present a problem there.
KRC, Hughes, Fastman offer higher performing cams that are more agressive than the HO part. But the "problem" with these more agressive cams is they move the power band further up the the RPM range. That's good for race/speed applications, it's a "problem" if you need increased power for truck-like applications (towing/hauling).
I don't think anyone has regretted this modification. Maybe the only "regret" might be "why didn't I go with 212s instead of 206s?" But not, "oh, I wish my stock cams were back in." That sort of thing...
