The 2005 4.7 "HO" comes with "HO" cams. You can put the "HO" cams in any 4.7.

I know the HO engine comes with HO cams. I have the non-HO version. So there were no changes to the cams from 2001 to present?

Well I know the part # changed for the 05 HO cams but they will work on earlier 4.7's as well. I don't know if the earlier HO cams will work on the 05 4.7's though.
