Subject: O2 sensor faults

Message:
I have a 2001 Dakota R/T and am "lucky" enough to have 4 O2 sensors. I have two questions for O2 sensor faults that just tripped my engine light.
First: A P0141 that indicates a bad 1/2 O2 sensor relay. Where is this realy that I might be able to swap it out with another one to see if its bad and for what sensor.
Second: A P0161 - 2/2 O2 sensor heater failure.
Which one is this, I'm assuming it's the right(passenger)downstream and that its bad. Thanks for any input.

The relay's for the O2's will be in the black box under the hood where the fuses are also.
