Thanks for the responses. I'm going to be ordering one today or tomorrow. I just wish there wasn't a core replacement.
Does it provide a big notice in performance?

Performance wish depends on your mods, but you will notice some improvement. You can buy the TB outright plus core charge. I got mine outright.
