I have a 2001 quad cap w/the 360 and an auto. When cruising at speeds above 60 mph it acts like it starts to shift out of OD, but not all the way. The engine jumps about 300 rpm and I can hear and feel a change. Almost like the converter is locking or unlocking, but doesn't complete the shift. Sometimes it will do this about 3 or 4 times every minute or so. It doesn't do it when it is under a slight load (climbing an incline in OD) or when under no load (going downhill). I've had it to the local (and only) dealer here in Po-dunk Utah and they are clueless. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
