About how much w/ parts and labor, do you think it would be to have a flowmaster put into a 2001 Dakota Quad Cab 2WD V-8? I live in California.

And does anyone have one in their truck already?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just had a 40 series welded in. Muffler was about 80 from a local speed shop and I paid about 60 to have it welded. Its has a great sound coming from the 5.9, but coming from a 17 y/o(with a ~3000watt sound system) I wish it was louder.I also run some mud tires and at speeds above ~45 the tires are far louder than the flowmaster. I must say though, at lower speeds and revving at stoplights, it turns heads. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

i had a 40 series and it rusted out within a year, i then switched to a magnaflow single in dual out and i love it. it is just louder than idle and nice at cruising altitude and gets rowdy when you stomp the go pedal. it was 65 bucks with 35 for install. when i got the flow put in from cat back it was total 325 with parts and labor. this was in MD, so anything below that price you done good!

You gotta ask yourself one question...That Thing Got A HEMI???
