 Subject: 2001 R/T questions...please help

Hi all, I have a 2001 Amber Fire, Regular Cab Dakota 5.9 R/T. I have 21,000 miles on it. It is going to the dealer on monday for a loose feeling in the front end and it is now pulling to the right. While I am there I was going to ask them about a couple of other things that have concerned me but I would like to know if I should worry or not or if there is a fix I can do myself.
When I am in drive and sitting at a light it seems to have a rough idle, almost like it is missing, I can feel a pretty good engine shake....worry about it or not?
Sometimes if i step on it from a stop it feels like it has a split second delay possibly in the trans then i hear a little thump almost like a broken motor mount but they appear fine...worry or not?
The right front of the truck just feels like it sits lower than the left when I am driving but when I get out and look it looks level. It also feels a little softer as far as suspension is concerned...worry or not?
And last of all, is there anything else I should look for perhaps that has been a common problem? that i should ask the dealer about while I am there?

wow u are the only other person out there that has the same truck as me, mind u mine is a 2000. I haven't had a single problem with mine though , so sorry I can't help u.
