Message: Frog,
I live in SoCal and I've had my 150 for over a year with no overheating problems. I highly recommend the BM 150 fan!

Message: DeepDak -- where did you pick up your fan from and how much? I'm looking around but the cheapest i've found is 260 from truck performance.

Message: Waterpolo,
I purchased my fan from SummitRacing and I don't remember how much I paid for it. Give them a call.
So, did you decide on a v8 swap or stroking your 6er? I met you at the SpeedZone one evening and you hadn't decide on which way to go with your motor.

Message: DeepDak -- I decided to stay with the V6 and just work it up as much as possible. I know it will never be an 8 but I’m hoping that the stroker kit comes down in price and maybe I can go with that. In the mean time I’m getting the ported and polished throttle body, planning on getting the heads re-worked, under drive pulleys, cam swap or the 1.7 roller rockers and I ordered the electric fan. I’ve gone for a ride in Bernds V6 dak with all the goodies I’ve mentioned above (minus the stroker) and it moved (it also had I believe at the time a 40 shot of nitrous). We went out for a drive while it was wet from raining and even though it was spinning the tires through 3rd it still moved. I can only imagine what that thing felt like with the supercharger on (wasn’t on when I road in it) and dry pavement.
