Subject: help!!!! .....clicking IP: Logged
Message: i just got aa 99 dakota 4X4, 5.2. 2 days ago i noticed a clicking when i accelerate. has anyone had this problem? what is it? i have 40k left on the warranty so i want to get it fixed.
it doesn't do it when it park or neutral revving it up, or in reverse. only when in drive. so does that eliminate an exhaust problem? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Message: specifically i don't know for sure, but if i had to guess, then i would say either the transmission or the differentials. does that help at all?

Message: I was just wondering what area of the truck. Driver's floor, pass. floor, engine compartment, bed area, etc. If you tell what area, I may be able to help you. My truck has made noises everywhere, so you may have something I am familiar with.
