 Subject: 99 dakota rt radio, panel lights, speedo

hey guys I have an aftermarket cd player in my
Dakota r/t. when the CD player is hooked up my
panel light fuse keeps popping. after taking the
CD player out my panel lights come back on.
What can I do to have the best of both worlds?
also my speedometer don't work, I changed out
the speed sensor on the side of the
transmission. Do I need to change the one on
the back differential? Otherwise no codes are
popping up so what do I do that?

On the factory harness:
The dome light wire is orange.
The constant 12 volt is pink.
The switched 12 volt is red with a white tracer.
Make sure they are correct.
The speed sensor on the differential is likely bad.
