First off, is it down on power? Or does it seem to be down on power? Big differance. First thing to do is get some benchmarks. Dyno would seem to be best. But a lot of variables can give you "false" numbers.
Best thing to do is go to the drag strip or G-Tech a couple of times. Then you'll know exactly how much practical power you're putting to the ground.
If you really are down on power, the first step is to figure out why. If power is appropriate, then you can work on improvements.

Message: I also have a 2003 R/T and feel it could use more power, i have noticed the biggest diffrence when I installed a Pro chip (approx. $300.00) but it adds 13-15 HP. and I can tell a diffrence with that modification, I also have Flowmaster exhaust, Cold Air Intake. If you find anything else that works let me know, i wanna get a Supercharger!!!!!

Message: If installed SAFELY and PROPERLY, your 360 stock block will handle a 150 Wet Shot of NOS, with good fuel. 100 wet shot on 93 never had a problem. Best bang for the buck. I ran NOS until I wanted more. 500 miles after Procharger P1SC, I blew the motor. Waiting on 408 Forged stroker with Vortech T. I'll be DEEP by the time it's over. Stay with the NOS and be reasonable, in my opinion, is the best bang for the buck.

Message: I have a 2003 R/T I had a pro chip and sold it already. I mow have the better Hypertech Programmer, that really woke my truck up, its simple plug & play. I also added a throttle body spacer plate and Flowmaster, that also helped.I am currently installing a 75 shot NOS system, hopefully I will not blow er' up. Well hope this helped
