No. And Yes.
No, they are not a direct bolt on. It's not a simple swap.
Yes, they can be made to fit. I saw an ad for a conversion kit somewhere. It included all the parts you need except the calipers. I can't remember if you needed to use the Viper MC or not. You probably do.
