Message: I asked the muffler people if they could have my exhaust coming out in from of the back tires. but he said the fuel tank was in the way and it wouldnt be safe. how are you getting around that. you having it come out only one side?

Message: Have you guys seen the latest issue of Truckin'? There's a '99 R/T in there that has dual exhaust, both coming out in front of the rear tires. it looks pretty bad a$$. think i might try it myself :-)

Message: When I get my 408 in I want the exhaust to exit in front of both the rear wheels (one on each side). If need be, I will fab up a heat shield to protect the tank.
Poking along until I get a 408!

Message: i want to have my exhaust exit in front of my rear tire but my truck sits too low.....solution:
i am going to move the muffler and cat closer to the engine. box in the frame and cut a whole in it with the inside completely boxed in and run the pipe through it and have it exit through the bed of my truck right in front of my right rear tire......
big project though, it will be some time
