 Subject: 16" Gen III wheels on Gen II

What kind of problems will I run into with this? I've been searching for the last 20 minutes, but I only see swaps to the stock 15's or the RT rims.
These are the stock 16" five spoke rims that look like RT rims and were available on 00-03 Dakotas, I think.
I have a set coming in the mail, but I haven't bought tires yet.
The truck is dropped 2" in the front and 3" in the back. The back shouldn't be a problem.
I plan to get 225's all around for the tires since I know the backspacing on the 16's is further in.
I'll probably have to get 60 series tires.
Right now I have 235/75/15 and it rubs only when cutting the wheel all the way.
