Subject: Question for AMS oil man
IP: Logged

Message:
I have seen you post the capacities for dakota's before, could you show all the oil types/capacities for a 2003 4x4 v6 dakota please. would also be helpful if anyone knew the torque specs for the differental covers.

Also does anyone make synthetic powersteering fluid? If so, how would you drain the system to put fresh fluid in?

Thanks in advance!

Tyler

Power Steering Fluid? You can use Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid ... because the only difference between the two is the color of the dye used in the fluid. It is the same fluid. That different dye colors is so that if you notice a puddle on your garage floor you know quickly what is leaking by the difference in color.
