Subject: Summertime Stall IP: Logged
Message: Usually during the warmer months (75 and up degrees)my '97 will stall after about 20 mins of driving. I have had it to both the dealer and an independent mechanic. The ind. mech. had it for a week but because it stalls and restarts itself in about 5 seconds, he can not figure which sensor is messing up. I have 125k miles on it.

Message: IT could be igntion, possibly the coil. When was the last time you had a tuneup? Possible considerations crankshaft position sensor or fuel sync sensor in the distributor.

Message: Thank you for your reply. The last time I had a tune-up was when I took it in for the problem to begin with. That's why they are stumped.
