Subject: Rubber flap? IP: Logged
Message: The rubber flap everyone says to remove to improve airflow.
Is that the large cover over the passenger side of the radiator, right behind the grill?
I don't want to remove the wrong piece.
Thanks,
Jer

Message: Here's a picture of my truck before I put my intake on and removed the rubber flap... the flap we're talking about is the one in the very bottom left corner of the pic.

Message: Jer, yes its the little flap on the passenger
side next to the radiator. It connects to the
stock air tubing.
Take the Tubing off and get a flat screwdriver,
pry the plastic piece out.
Helps improve air circulation into the engine
compartment.
