Message: The cooler the air, the denser; thus more oxygen for combustion. The IAT Adjuster doesn't affect that at all. It just tells the computer to run the engine a little richer and advances the timing a tad. So ... definitely get the cold air, but the IAT Adjuster is a good mod with or without.

Message: another option is relocating the IAT sensor into the air system
www.speedtweaks.net has a LOT of good tips and tricks. It gives intructions on how to relocate.

Message: I just relocated mine. Picked up a 1/2inch drill bit and drilled a hole just aft of the K&N cone filter on the Airaid intake I have. Threaded it with a pipe-threader, and threaded the IAT sensor directly in. Looks good! Put the wiring all inside that black flex tube, ran it along the harness that goes down the passenger side and across the firewall. Real nice, works good too! You -really- notice it when it's about 65F out.
