Message: I think a 318 and a 360 will bolt right in, but you prolly will need a new wiring harness (or splice in wires for the extra 2 injectors?) and a bunch of other stuff.

Message: The 360 (5.9) is identical to the 239 (3.9) except the 360 has two more cylinders. I know it will bolt right in, and most of the engine acessories can be transfered over. Whatever tranny you have will bolt up to the 360. I made my cousins 92 239 5spd into a 360 5spd. Wasn't too much work, just wish I did it to my 93.

Message: JFH, you are thinking of the 318 that is identical. or are both engines the same.
