Message: Hey folks
I just ordered a cold air intake, and I've been told that to get cold air to it, you should remove the rain guard from between the radiator and the headlight. My question is this: How much of a factor is rain? I live in the northwest, so rain is something to think about.

Message: I have a cold air intake, and removed that flap. I, too, was kinda worried at first about it, but it rained like crazy here in western NC during the middle of the summer, and I had no problems what so ever.
