Subject: Electric Motor Fans IP: Logged
Message: Does anyone have an electric (12v) cooling fan for their engine instead of the conventional cooling fan? I hvae heard that these increase the power of the engine and they help to stop overheating. Doe anyone know much about these?

Message: A lot of people use the Black Magic fans...Black Magic 150 I think. There's some specifics when hooking them up and I don't know the details for sure. Run a search for Black Magic and you'll get plenty of results.

Message: only way your gonna see any aditional power is by removing that dumb clutch fan and installing the electric fan, minus the clutch fan is one less thing the engine has to worry about turning, so you get little gains, and mpg increases,
