Subject: doing clutch need help IP: Logged
Message: Hey guys, replacing my clutch and have a question about the pilot bushing. When I pulled everything off, the pilot bushing fell out in pieces and I don't know how far it was in there. So putting the new one in and it is a real tight fit, but it also is sticking out a 1/4" past the crank surface. Is that how it suppose to be? I don't want to put everything back together and then find out the trany won't fit far enough because of the bushing. Thanks for any help.
