I just received the following email a few nights ago:
Mike,
There is a $7.00 charge for shipping to Canada. We will ship the spark
plugs upon receipt of the shipping charges.

Now, as far as I can recall, I never received this email when I ordered the IAT adjuster. So my question is: How do I know if you've received that extra $7.00 for shipping?
Seems to me I never paid it for the IAT, and if I did, I wasn't informed.
If this is a problem, I would like to cancel the order and have the funds returned immediately.

P.S. is there a reason why my address is blocked to send emails???

Shipping to Canada costs more than US shipping charges. (USPS Global Priority) It doesn't present a problem but the shipping charges are for the US only. International shipping charges do cost more.
If you do not agree with the $7.00 shipping charge to Canada, I will refund your money.
On the email address being blocked? I do not block any addresses either through my personal or business email accounts. Do you have a copy of the blocked email response you post here?

My question then is: Why wasn't I informed of this prior to the shipping of the IAT?
I assume that it was waived?!?!
If possible, I'd like to get a refund, seeing as it will cost me almost $30 for these after exchange and I can get them cheaper at a warehouse...

Mike,
I waived it on the first shipment. In the "About Us" section, it has the shipping charges information. I'll send the plugs out but please be aware that any future orders may require extra shipping charges due to international rates. (On the good side, shipments to Canada will be handled out of a Canadian "warehouse" within the next 20 days...you won't have this issue after the warehouse is stocked.)
On the "Relay Access Denied", that was a mail server issue...not mail being blocked:
"This error is usually caused by a user sending email without checking their email within the last 15 minutes. The reason we make our users check their email before sending email is to protect our servers from being abused by Hackers and Spammers. By logging into the mail server you are authenticated and can send out email without checking your email for the next 15 minutes. If you send out email without logging in to check your email, you will receive the "Relay access denied" error. This technology is known as POP-before-SMTP or POP AUTH*."

Don't want you to think I'm an ass, it's just that I panicked when I saw the charge thru Pay Pal on my credit, and then I get this email. I thought, great, I'm paying for the plugs, but until I send another $7.00 us, I'm not getting them. I thought I was getting cheated.
I understand now about the shipping charges. If it helps, I have no problem paying now. Just that I didn't know back then, and I wasn't aware of the "waiving" for the IAT.
I will be doing more business thru you, so thanks.
