Message: Hey Everyone,
I've had problems with the last two pairs of wipers I have had. Not really sure if it is normal wear and tear or not. Also, don't know what the last two brand names were.
The problem that I have been experiencing is that they don't last that long and they tend to make lines across the cleaning surface right away (not scratches, just water lines like it's not cleaning it properly.
So, my question to you is .... what brands have you used and what is your favorite??
I live in Massachusetts, so we get hit pretty hard with weather (i.e. 95 one day, 45 and rain the next).
The truck is a 2001 Dakota Club Cab 3.9 V6.
-=DBC=- No one ever told me it was this fun!

Message: I use the Trico brand from Advance Auto or the Bosch from Autozone they both do wonders compared to the worthless Anco one's at least here in the rain and snow.

Message: Well i can tell you for sure to use the Bosch. I have had mine on the truck for over 2 years and still no streaking. Yes i do have to deal with bad winters where i live. One tip that works for all blades. When the blade starts to streak it is usually a result of dirt build up on the wiping surface. So just take a wet paper towel and wipe the blade down. Repeat this until the towel has very little dirt from the last wipe, and the blades will work just like new.
