I own a 1998 dodge dakota v6 and I am replacing the bumper as well. there is cheap parts company in california that I am sure will have what you are looking for. the company is called US Auto Parts, I don't know the web address but the number is 1-888-827-6928. This will get you to there parts department where they can tell you if they have what you need.

Why do you want to get an R/T bumper? They are the same as a regular bumper aren't they? All Dakota and Durango bumpers are all the same thing.
