I remember test driving a '96 modle dakota. And I was going to buy it if the brakes didn't need to be replaced. Also they was asking way to much at the dealer (Ford dealer BTW). But, the tranny shifted very smooth (smoother than mine) and also it felt just as strong as my V8 Dakota.
