Message: What is different about the oil pan on on the 91 dakota that is that year specific?I'm using a 318 out of 88 fifth ave.The people at engine-swaps told me I have to change my oil pan, why? Also I want to use stock exhaust manifolds.Seeing as the 318 and the 3.9 are the same and the extra two cylinders on the 318 are in the front will stock maniflods bolt right up to my existing pipes without modifying them.Does anyone have stock exhaust manifolds and oil pan for 91 dakota with 318 that they want to sell?

Message: the oil pan is deeper on the one end. it is deeper on one end for the 5th ave. and the other end for the truck. you also will need to change oil pickup tubes.
