Message: Personally I think the turbo. It is more complicated and usually more costly because there are few kits out there they usually have to be custom built. Speed tweaks I think is working on one for the v-6 and I would go for it if I were you.

Both have their Pro's and Con's. It's budget and ease of installation dependent. (Ok..and if you want to have the only Turbo-Dak on your block.) ;)
Seriously though, it's been debated over the years and the Centrifugal Supercharger vs. Turbo debate has really not gotten anywhere at all. They both work very well.

Message: Yup...as compared to the screw type blowers, the centrifugal is much easier on your engine as well.
Yes, you can build a twin turbo setup for the V6...but it'll cost much more than a supercharger.
