Subject: 98 Trouble codes, please help me!!!!! IP: Logged
Message: P-545 - ???? something to do with exhaust
P-351 Ignition coil #1 Primary Circuit - Peak primary circuit current not achieved with maximum dwell time
P-121 TPS Voltage does not agree with map
It also read that i have an 11% throttle,(like i was giving it gas)
He said that my o2 sensor was not even reading at 1 volt(said it was real low)
I recently have had the MSD 6a,Blaster3 coil, MSD 8.5mm, and autolite 3923's installed.
I also had the ypipe that connects to the third cat welded because the clamp
came loose.
Before my short trip to the jiffy (when the lights came on), I tried
to pass the speed limiter by Turing the key all the way on. But i had
the engine off for like an hour after that.
I hope you guys can help me out cause i am a poor collage kid that
cant pay $75 an hour labor.
thanks in advance
now you know thats..................

Message: I would just love to know how to get the code numbers on my 98. Later models i understand you can do the ignition on-off-on thing to get the number codes. When my check engine light comes on I am at a loss all together and have no clue as to why it came on. I am not taking it to the dealer to find out. Any help on how I can get the code numbers?
