Message: Yep well it works great, much better respsone, everything is better. i have a 95 x-cab v6 auto. got the computer from a friend for 50 bucks. i have the MP part number. man does it feel good. i'll find out what it runs sat.

Message: Mopar doesn't make a computer for the 95 V6, only the 92/93. That means yours has a VIN flashed on it from another vehicle I think. I assume you could get in trouble for that. You'ld have to ask Bernd about that.

Message: That is correct, only 1992 and 1993 V6's had a Mopar PCM offered.

Message: yes i know they made one for 92/93 but it works on a 95. and they don't flash the vins on the older computers. whether it's supposed to work or not, it does. so who cares. the main thing is that it has not activated the check engine light, and it smokes the tires thru first. hehe. which i'm sure i could get in trouble for that.
