Message: I have a 92 Dakota and was wondering if the 97 Dakota uses the same frame as the 92. I want toput on the Tuff Country lift on my truck. They also said that he track on the 97 is 2" wider. Is that because the 97 uses wider rims and have larger tires? Did anyone do a lift on a pre 97 Dakota. I need help. Everything looks the same from a 92 and 97. The only difference is that the sway bars are in the front and the inner tie rod ens are rack-n-pinion style.

Message: Craig, forget the Tuff country lift and go with the Trailmaster 4in'er. Then get a 2or 3in body lift from them or Perf. Acc. You could run 33's most likely with 7in of lift. Good Luck

Message: I have a '98 Dakota SLT. It is the V6 and every thing else is stock. I had a question for you all, what is the biggest tire size I can put on it without interference. Thanks All.
