Subject: valve cover breathers IP: Logged
Message: Any reason I can't put valve cover breathers on both valve covers ? They have some at Auto Zone that would fit over the plastic fittings already in place.
Thanks

Message: The PCV system wouldn't work properly and you'll have an excess of sludge build-up inside the engine (not to mention the possibility of leaking valve covers). The PCV system removes the oil "steam" and pressure from the crankcase. If you want to put a breather on the valve covers...just replace the one where the factory breather sits (the one that connects to the airhat).
