hello all!
i have a 2006 v6 2wd dakota and the cruise control
quit working on the way back from a road trip. the
light comes on on the dash when i turn it on, but
when i push "set" nothing happens. i have replaced
the vacuum cervo motor thingy down by the airbox,
the switch on the throttle body (i believe its the
throttle control) and the brake switch. i took
steering wheel apart to see if there was any loose
wires and found nothing. so i disconnected the
decellerate button and tried to see if that was
stuck and causing the problem. obviously it was
not or i wouldnt be asking this question here!!!
please help if you can, i'm getting sick of
throwing money at the problem!
