Subject: Stalls in gear? IP: Logged
Message: My 94 dakota stalls when put into gear after it has warmed up. It stalls when it comes to a stop and today after topping up my tranny and leaving it sit running for a while it stalled the second I put it in gear. It's been throwing code 32 for the egr so I've been fighting with that also. But it will idle all day long in park or neutral just stalls in reverse or any gear. (automatic by the way)

Message: Yea I think I sorted the egr problem out now. I'm now thinking the stalling is more like converter lockup or lockup solenoid. The transmission was rebuilt and the converter replaced but the fuild that came out of it before was thick and black so maybe it buggered up the solenoid.
