Message: sounds like the clutch isn't fully disengaging, I would suggest you check the clutch master clynder fluid, and check for leaks, if everything looks ok, then it might be time for a new clutch. One more thing, check to see if the clutch slave cylnder bolts are tight, if they have worked loose that could cause your problem.
Good Luck

Message: mine kinda does this but not as bad as yours. mine just won't go into first sometimes if i'm not completely stopped and sometimes hard shifting into second. Clutch fluid looks good and no leaks, tranny fluid changed as well. was thinking about changing the clutch fluid, not sure how to bleed. I have a mighty vac but not sure where to hook onto to vac.

Message: You can try bleeding
What happens, as the clutch wares the fingers on
the presure plate drop and the trow out needs to
move farther and farther to disenguage the clutch
At a certion point there is just not enough travel
in the throw out to fully disenguage the clutch
and hard shifting is the resault
Than the clutch needs to be replaced
