Message: No Zmax is not accentone
I am not even sure if it has any in it
Mostly what it is a microlubricant moliclues that
are much smaller than oil or even syn oil
What it does is get into the very very small
cracks and crevises of the metal to give superior
lubrication
If you look at a highly polished piece of metal
you would never think there were little cracks
and crevisious in it but with a microscope you
can see just how imperfict the metal really is
this is where the micro moloclues do there work
to reduce friction
acetone is just a carbon desolver
Zmax besides being recomended and indorsed by
Carrol Shelby and many others has been around
since the 50's was called the racers cocktail
and was used by many profesional racers.
It is also 1 of the few additives approved for
aircraft use and approved bt the FAA
federal aronotics association
I have been using this product for just over 10
years maybe closer to 15 and when you do a tear
down on a motor that used it there is a world
of diferance
carbon is virtualy non exsiting, the ware on the
internals will have a noticeable diff rod and
main bearings that in a normal motor would have
the lead brake in surface gone and polished like
a mirror with the Zmax no such ware the bearings
even with 100,000 miles or more look like they
were just instaled
It is some amazing stuff I use it in all my
vehicles as do many of my customers
The lubricating properties are also amazing
I had a few transmissions that were thought
ready for the scrap pile hanging up in gears not
shifting just crap just for the hell of it we
tried some zmax in them and we were amazed they
after like 50 miles shifted perfict and stoped
sliping and are still going strong as I am
writing this
Not just dodge's a couple chevys and fords also
You can beleave what you choise but I know it
works I have seen it many times for years.
I am not saying it is a miricle cure for all
transmissions but when you drop the pan and do
not find piles of clutch material and metal chunks
just dirt and everything hanging up this stuff
will cure it
If you ever watch the speed channel TruckU, two
guys garage, gears with stacy david also on
horse power TV all went to the zmax factory
and demistrated what this stuff can do its
just amazing you need to catch these shows and
see for yourself and what I have found out how
this stuff works
As I said beleave what you want but I am not
going to stop using it
I even soaked stuck oil light sendors with it
and they begain to work again
