Message: Your truck is operating in "default mode" meaning either your vacuum line for your selector on the dash is broken, or maybe your selector is broken. Most likely, its not getting enough vacuum. On my truck there is a vacuum line that connects to the power brake booster then comes into the cab to the selector to control where the air is supposed to go.
Hope that helps.

Message: Dakota49 is correct, look for a vacuum hose loose under the hood. Listen with the engine running, you will probably hear the hissing and find it with your ears before you see it.
Good luck!

Message: Could be a possible broken flapper door or as posted above vacuum line theres one vacuum located by blower motor right side if ok might have to remove dash to pinpoint prblem. This was case for my dads durango which they use same dash and vent controls
