Message: Sounds like your second O2 sensor is reading high, which could be something to do with the catalytic converter, or just a bad O2 sensor, or it's unplugged.
The code comes up with this in my Actron DTC lookup software "O2 sensor circuit High volts (bank 1 sensor 2 )"

Message: looks like the O2 sensor after the cat. check all connections and reset the pcm to see if the code comes back. if it does, could be the cat and/or the O2 sensor.

Message: If it is a bad cat then I would go with an aftermarket high flow. I
have one on mine with an exhaust and it sounds better but the
main reason I have it is the dealer quoted me around $700 for a
new stock cat. The aftermarket ones run around $100, a clear
choice to me. just my two cents
