Im going to be bying a 3.9l v6 out of a 2000 dodge ram 1500, and going to be putting it into my 1994 dakota. They both look the same, but is the computer wiring differnt to where it wont work with my 94 dakota, or will it work just fine?

Computer wiring basically same.
However , you will have to swap intake manifolds.
Your 94 has EGR , 2000 does not.
And your 94 computer will throw codes without
the EGR connected and working..
