just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a 2002 dakota 3.9 2wd sport. The heater knob is really ticking me off!!! I turn my heat on and put the knob all the way to the right for the hottest setting and get good heat. But then I go to back off and cool it down and it won't cool down. I turn the knob left to cooler settings and the heat stays the same. then when the indicator on the knob just starts touching the blue area it turns cold, it's not a gradual decrease in heat but a sudden one. So then i turn it back to more heat and it won't gradually heat up as I'm turning and then all the sudden it's really hot. Is this in the switch unit or is it something else? Anyone have this problem yet?
