Message: Darryl...there are many things that can cause the P0300 (it's a "unexpected change in crankshaft rotation")...not necessarily plugs and an O2 sensor. You stated it's an '05 Dakota...which engine though (there are pattern issues I see on these on a regular basis).
As for the air hissing sound - normal. It's more than likely from the A/C system. Most all of the the Chrysler products do this (not to forget many of the other manufacturers vehicles too).

(1) How many miles are on the vehicle?
(2) What were the conditions when the code appeared? (Load, RPM, Speed, Temp, etc.)
Worst case (and yes, i've seen this several times)...
Chrysler Case#: K12551856 - Some Cylinder Heads have non-symmetrical patterns on the valve seats causing a P0300 (and P030x specific cylinder mis-fire codes). This is covered under the Powertrain Warranty (Replacing the affected head).
Have them run a leak-down test on the cylinders (if they can't figure it out).

Message: There are 92000km or about 50,000mi. I am in Canada. I think I am starting to see a pattern. After I erase the code with the scanner, It will only come back on if I don't let it warm up, and then when I step on the gas it will hesitate, feels like it is going to stall, but then it catches and goes. after that it's fine.

Message: It was the O2 sensor afterall..They said it was causing the injectors to inject excess fuel into the cylinders which was causing the misfire.

Message: Hello Hope someone that has seen this problem or has had it can give me some advice.
For around a Month I have been trying to figure this problem out.... I get a code P0132 and a P0135 The P0132 is when it really begins to make the engine hesitate and run rough when the computer picks up that number:
I have changed the oxygen sensor Three times in the Last few weeks.. first used to borch o2 sensors then read where those are not that good so then i bought a densor o2 sensor. and still the same problem.
So then I thought maybe its in the wiring so from the connector i replaced all four wires with new ones from connector to PCM and still no luck..
if i keep the upstream o2 sensor unplugged it runs ok and does not hesistate but as soon as I plug it in and the engine reaches 600 degrees temp, then when you give it gas and let off the gas it begins to miss, and hesitate and will even stall out as well.. OH also i noticed one of the wires that goes to oxygen sensor stays hot from the time you start engine is that suppose to happen, the other three wires do not have fire on them?
anyone have a clue cause My clues have ran out?
