Message: key on/off, on/off, on. by "on" means not all the way to start. the codes will display in the odometer display. something like P0123 then Pdone when it's finished.

Message: You really need a scanner to watch the pids "parameter ID's" to really hunt down the source of the problem... As far as codes goes, the dealership should have erased the codes "check engine light would be off" and reset your KAM "keep alive memory"... This would had completely reset everything in your pcm as far as learning curves and everything goes...
As far as codes go...
OnDemand Codes are faults that when the test is run the problem exist right then and there...
Continious Memory Codes are faults that happened in the past, but may not be happening right then...
Then there are the codes that are only available for viewing while the engine is running or while it is just sitting there turned off...
Mode 6 data, if dodge has it, is data that is stored from KAM that will compare sensor or output specs from what they should be to what they actually are while the engine is running...
You mentioned that it only runs rough under load... This could be either be ignition or fuel demand and since it only happens on those two cylinders, I'm betting not valves... I know sea foam is a good cleaner, but it's not the best... The best would be to have the dealership do a relative injector test "to see if it is actually the injectors" then if it is have them do the fuel system cleaning, because they can do it under pressure or just go out and buy a bottle of red lines fuel system cleaner "good for 100 gallons" and put the whole bottle in to one tank of gas and run it until the tank is down to around 1/8 tank, then if needed redo with a second bottle... I had to do two treatments with my mustang to get it to quite pinging... It also misfires with new plug wires, but that's because the new plugs insulation is junk and it's allowing the spark to jump outside of the combustion chamber and that's even after taping it up... Leave it to ford to design some junk plug wire setups...

Message: Ok. I did the Code and all it said was Pdone. If it was a sticky valve it would stick when its idling in park. when its in park it seems fine, i can rev the engine and the rpms go way up no problem and it sounds fine.It only misfires when when its in gear. (I may of said it before)

Message: i highly doubt it's a sticky valve. it is as Huggins says, either a spark or fuel problem. fuel- low fuel pressure, bad injector, etc...
spark- bad gap on plug, bad plug, plug wire, cap, etc... check these out.
ps. - i'd find another shop to take it to instead of the one that says "sticky valves".

Message: I took it to the dealer only and thats what they said because the did a compression test (supposedly).

Message: You can't know for sure if the valves are sticking from a compression test alone... You would need to do a cylinder leak down test, which will basically blow air out of either the intake, exhaust, cooling system or crankcase... Basically where ever the air is leaking from is the area of concern...
Like daddio said, I'de take it to a different dealership and maybe have them check the ignition system with it in gear and the fuel system via relative injector test and pressure test...
Just curious, but does it matter if it's in reverse or forward or is it as long as it is in gear it does this? The reason I was wondering this is just to see if the engine was kicking over and screwing with the plug wires somehow... Can you put it in gear with the parking brake on and observe the engine to see if it's got something touching or rubbing it causing your problem? Just make sure to scotch the wheels incase the parking brake gives out or won't hold...
It really sounds more ignition than it does fuel due to the fact that it only does it loaded and not durring rev ups... Is there any way to take the plug wire off and look at it? There will be kind of a black area on it if it was firing or allowing the spark to jump outside of the combustion chamber...

Message: Ok. This time when i was driving it popped for a while and when i pushed down on the pedal it could only go up to 50 . I held the pedal down all the way and it only went up to 50 and stayed there for a small amount of time. I had to slow down then after that I was slowing down and speeding up to see if i got pickup back and i did eventually.
