Message: Yes you should swap the sensors .
However , a throttle body from a 5.9 may be a
little much for a 3.9 , if you are posting in
proper post ?
Better to have from a 5.2 = 318 cu. in.
No need to " reset " computer = it will learn
by itself - takes 2 to 4 trips over 10 miles each.
If you want to reset computer to basic start
just disconnect battery negative , turn key to ON
and then to start , then back off ; reconnect battery , and Go..

Message: the only tb that can be used on a 3.9L v6 is the 5.2, the 5.9 will not work as it is a tad to big, the 3.9 is just like the 5.2 minus 2 cylinders.

Message: When I installed a v8 throttle body on my v6, it came off of a 99 Dodge Durango with a 5.9 and it worked just fine. The throttle bodies for the 5.2 and 5.9 are identical in size. The throttle body plates are 50mm in size. the Throttle body bores are reduced to 47.5mm right above the throttle plates, this is known as the torque step. If you use the v8 throttle body unmodified it will work just fine on the v6. Use the sensors off of your v6 TB. Just the cleanup the area where you mount the IAC-Idle Air Controller, it will get carboned up. You can clean it up carb cleaner, just before with the IAC sensor itself.
92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.
