Message: i am not sure of how to answer your question because i have just changed my calipers in the front, my passenger side was freezing up and heating my rotor.
i was lucky because they are slotted and drilled but did not warp.
My Question Is, How The Heck Do Ya Get The Air Out Of My Lines, My Breaks Are Now Spongie........

Message: Just buy a 32 oz. bottle from wal-mart for 5 bucks, you should only need 8-10 oz. to do the whole system, and keep the rest in case you screw it up and have to bleed it again.

Message: yeah, seems like the brake is spongee now, always was toe touch and now you got to get your foot into it.
the brakes were blead and blead, maybe the new calipers just feel that way from napa???
also wish the V6 would always run like it runs cold............has lots of power cold but warm its not so good.
have a good one.

Message: New calipers WON'T be spongy, you have more air in your lines(did you do rear and front?) As for the power lose in heat, most of your sensors and your computer run on and are effected by temperature as it gets warmer, your PCM will retard timing and reduce fuel. Try relocating IAT(and like i did add resistance) and modifying your intake.

Message: No, i don't know as much as quite a few people here, I just know some about electronics. The PCM is the vehicle computer located in the engine compartment on the passenger side (above fender well) The IAT is your intake air temperature sensor and on mine is located just in front of the TB(screwed into the manifold). The IAT is a thermistor which changes resistance as the temperature changes. At 50 degrees fahrenheit the IAT reads approximately 20000 ohms. I added this much in series during the summer and remove it during the winter.

Message: don't save that leftover brake fluid too long. it will absorb moisture. moisture in your brake fluid is not good.
