Message: ok - I have a 95 3.9 w/ 70K on it. when I first got it it ran like crap (missing, bogging, etc) but it had been sitting for over a year so I figured it was old gas and maybe clogged injectors. to confirm my theory, the truck ran better and better after a couple tanks of gas. now, 5K miles later, the problem is back. and much worse. like before, it is setting codes 21 (02 reading not moving) and 52 (running rich) Why did the problem go away for 5K and how do I diagnose this? the problem is intermittant - and every time I check fuel pressure it is fine.

Message: I certainly hope its that easy! Actually, I dont know if it was coincidence or the cause, but I had just put injector cleaner in the tank just before this started again. I will replace the o@ sensor this weekend and report back!! I also have a spare set of injectors, so I could replace them to remove all doubt.

Message: Just note : There is a ' clip ' on the wiring
to the O2 sensor which attaches to the side of tranny , be carefull undoing it..
Although if unable , you can carefully push the excess cable up above the " heat shield "...
