Here's my list of maintenance items. There any many different check intervals, 2 yr/24k, 1y/12, etc. Some are due and some past due.
oil , air filter, pcv.
check tire tread & pressure (don't forget your spare!!), alignment. Drive belt.
tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor).
radiator Flush & fill. Check hoses.
tranmission flush & fill, filter.
Oxygen sensors.
things you may or may not have:
a/c system check, the A/C is used by heat system and is recommended you run every couple months (even in winter).
Differentials - replace fluid. It's recommended you drive in 4wd every few months.
timing chain is due at 100k. later models have a tensior on them.
don't forget to clean up the month old french fry's from the floor!
