anybody know if i can get lites on the bumper or somewhere to help make it brighter ? if so, any ideas as to where to get them that are not to exp.?
by the way i got the Cat replaced at the dodge dealer for free, thanks for your help here with that, id have never known that.

Message: nancyc,
I've heard that you can get very bright back up light bulbs (55-w, I think) to just replace the existing ones. I've never bought any, but maybe some others here have. I think Autozone has them.

Message: I had the same problem, so I purchased 2 pairs of 55w narrow beam spot lights from Northern tool for 10 bucks a pair, put 2 on the bottom of my bumper and 2 on my cap wired them in with a relay, and a switch and boom light! and the best part is that when someone is "drafting" all over your bumper at night, you can let them know yor displeasure. They are low profile so even on my 2wd my dual exsaust pipes hang down farther.

Message: Get a pair of good fog or driving lights at wallmart or some place. install under your rear bumper, connect the wiring to a relay that uses a seperate power input and your back up light power to control it. Don't try to connect high power lights directly to your back up light circuit you could destroy the back up light switch inside your transmission.

Message: I bought 55watt bulbs to replace the factory bulbs, they make a very noticeable difference. I needed it with the tint, was hard to see.

Message: My suggestion would be to back into your parking spot,it's much better to back into a spot where things arn't moving around, rather than backing out where the surounding variables often change faster than you can see. It's much safer that way, trust me I drive 85k+ miles a year.
