Aluminum wheels if you don't have them. Fiberglass hood and rollpan. Get rid of nerf bars or hitch if you have them if you have them. Drop your spare tire. From what I've heard, losing a 100 pounds can also drop a 10th off your 1/4 time.

If its not a daily driver, remove inner fenders and rubber sheilds. Electric fan, move battery to the rear.
Good luck, Scott

actually some people should think about jenny craig... (not anyone specific). Over the last year i have lost 50 pounds and my truck thanx me everyday. now remember, losing 100 pounds is like adding 10 horsepower... my fat @ss just contributed 5 horsepower for free.

i am looking at loosing my whole a/c system in the next couple of days... anyone need one?

thanx man...haven't run the 1/4 yet but i did a 9.5 in the 1/8. I am loosing probably half a second because of traction... spent all of my money on that and still need a lsd. When i get a v8 or turbo that setup will really kick in.

i also removed everything from under my truck that wasn't needed.

Remove rear bumper, rear window could come out for racing, passenger seat. remember rotating weight is about 7 times more important to lose. So get the lightest wheels you can find.
